Pilates is great for everybody. However, every body is different. If you are pre/post natal or are experiencing any health issues you should get approval from your doctor before coming to see us. Once you are clear, please let us know what’s going on with your body and anything your doctor has advised you to stay away from. Our goal is to get and keep you healthy and functional!
