Group Mat Classes

The Mat is a great place to learn and master all of the fundamental Pilates movement techniques. You will learn how to find neutral spine, engage your core, hold a C-curve, stabilize your shoulder and pelvs, articulate your spine, utilize full breathing patterns and much more. Pilates requires concentration and control so learning these basics on the mat where there are fewer things to keep up with will make it that much easier to use them on the equipment. But don’t be lead into believing that mat work is any easier than on the equipment…give both a try to see what you enjoy most.
Mat classes are currently limited to 4 students.
